Are they eating bird food? I noticed you don’t always have water and food out for them. We in the US are discouraged from feeding the bears.

Hello, I'm a viewer from Japan. The bears in this video seem to be very calm and coexist well with people. In Japan, there are many problems between bears and humans, leading to many sad incidents. I find myself wondering how we can achieve peaceful coexistence like what is shown in this video.
